Jeannine Mabunda Lioko was the First women speaker in DRC from 2018/2020, member of DRCongo plmt after having been from 2014 to 2018 special envoy of the Pdt to combat sexual violence and soldier child,her efforts to combat violence ended up in DRC being removed from UN black list (2017).
she served as public enterprise minister from 2007/2012 and served as board non executive director at Randgold/Barrick. Shes got a law degree from catholic university from Belgium. JEUNE afrique in 2014 listed her among the 50 modt influential african women .
