Vanja radević
Vanja Radević is a legal professional with extensive experience in international law, human rights, and public administration.
She began her career in the judiciary, working as a legal trainee and advisor at the High Court in Podgorica, and later as a legal advisor at the Office of the Representative of Montenegro before the European Court of Human Rights. She served as Foreign Policy Advisor to the Prime Minister of Montenegro, actively participating in international initiatives such as the Berlin Process. She worked as a Senior Legal Advisor at the AIRE Centre and, since 2024, has held parallel roles as Project Manager at the AIRE Centre and Head of Government Affairs at the consultancy firm Sustineri Partners, where she previously worked as a consultant. In July 2025, she founded the law office Radević Legal Counsel.
Throughout her career, Vanja has been engaged in numerous international and regional initiatives in the field of human rights, including Council of Europe working groups and Horizontal Facility programmes. She is the author and co-author of several expert publications on human rights and femicide.
In addition to her professional engagements, Vanja has participated in numerous trainings, seminars, and conferences. During her university years, she was an active member of ELSA Montenegro, took part in international moot court competitions, and was involved in student and youth legal organizations.
She is fluent in English and specialized in international law and human rights protection.
